Research Statement

My potential thesis:
1. The American Revolution affected the French Revolution of 1789-1799 by angering the British for intervening in the American Revolution and caused them to attack France in revenge.
2. The American Revolution affected the French Revolution of 1789-1799 by alliancing with the Americans and not responding when the French were in need of support.
___I have no idea if they're usable or what, but I might keep looking for new thesis'.
